Solid stay near the canal
convenient location authentic bistro helpful luggage storage
I found the location convenient near a vaporetto stop. It made getting around simple. a fantastic authentic bistro was right across from the canal and offered a local experience. i was able to store my luggage, helpful, as i had a late departure.
the room key had to be left at the front desk each time i left the hotel which was slightly inconvenient.

the room was clean and the bathroom looked updated with modern fixtures. décor maintained a traditional venetian style contributing to the local atmosphere. the space felt cozy even with the classic design.

breakfast included bread cheese jam cereal and yogurt offering a basic continental selection. coffee was available from a machine though the taste could improve. the breakfast area had floral decorations.

wonderful stay
cute receptionist spacious room clean room convenient location
the receptionist was very cute I found the room quite spacious it was also clean and venetian breakfast included a pastry and cappuccino to start my day the location allowed easy connections to sites and authentic restaurants nearby
the mattress was very hard it requires an upgrade for better comfort

the staff offered cappuccinos with milk alternatives from the bar i appreciated that. the room overlooked the canal it was lovely. the room was clean and pleasant

limited breakfast elevator absence
the room was clean daily a positive aspect i noted
the breakfast options proved quite limited i expected more variety for an italian hotel no fresh juice was available also the lack of an elevator was inconvenient for luggage transport the building exhibited leaks adding to my concerns about maintenance. staff seemed indifferent to guest requests for instance an umbrella during heavy rain was not provided

romantic hideaway near the grand canal
canal proximity round-the-clock front desk breakfast choices
the hotel is very close to the vaporetto stop. the front desk operates twenty four hours. breakfast included several choices, a great way to start the day (i particularly loved the pastries). i found it easy to reach the hotel from the airport.
the air conditioning was not very effective on warmer days, a slight inconvenience.

the reception staff provided very prompt assistance, especially when i required directions, and they were always very friendly. they were quick to address any concerns i raised. the staff showed genuine care.

my room had damask printed fabric wallpaper. the bathroom included a bidet, a wonderful feature. the ornate headboard complemented the armoire in the room, a very nice touch.

The breakfast included sweet rolls, ham, and cheese. the hotel offers a discount at a restaurant nearby. The pizza there was amazing (i would definitely recommend). the coffee machine offered a variety of choices.
